Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. International Shipping

Cost

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on:
    • Destination country
    • Order weight & dimensions
    • Preferred shipping method
  • The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Timelines

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–21 business days
  • Express International Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Processing time prior to dispatch: 1–3 business days
  • Customs delays may extend delivery timelines; these are outside our control.

Methods

  • We ship internationally via trusted logistics partners such as:
    • DHL / FedEx / Aramex (or equivalent)
  • Tracking details will be provided once the order is dispatched.

2. Local Shipping (Bahrain)

Cost

  • Standard delivery fee: 1.500 BHD – 2.500 BHD, depending on location.
  • Free delivery may be offered for large orders or corporate clients (case-by-case).

Timelines

  • Delivery time across Bahrain: 1–3 business days
  • Same-day delivery is available for urgent orders upon request (extra fee may apply).

Methods

  • Local delivery is handled through:
    • Our in-house delivery fleet
    • Or approved third-party couriers
  • Customers will receive SMS/WhatsApp updates once the order is en route.

3. Return Shipping Costs (Refunds & Exchanges)

  • If the return is due to:
    • A product defect,
    • Wrong item received,
    • Or an error from our side → Return shipping is free.
  • If the return or exchange is due to customer preference (wrong size, wrong product ordered, etc.):
    • The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • International return shipping fees may be significantly higher and are the customer’s responsibility unless the error is from our side.

Refund Policy

Is Refund Allowed?

Yes, refunds are allowed under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Defective or incorrect items qualify for full refunds.

  3. Our team will review and approve/decline the request within 1–2 business days.
  4. If approved, the customer must return the product using the specified method.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to:
    • The original payment method (credit/debit card), or
    • Bank transfer for cash-on-delivery orders.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is on our side.

Exchange Policy

Is Exchange Allowed?

Yes, exchanges are allowed for:

  • Wrong size
  • Wrong product ordered
  • Defective items

  1. Submit an exchange request within 7 days of receiving the order.
  2. Provide item details and the product you wish to exchange with.
  3. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Overpayment & Underpayment Scenarios

  • Overpayment:
    • The difference will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • Underpayment:
    • The customer will receive a payment link to pay the remaining balance before the replacement item is dispatched.

Cancellation Policy

Is Cancellation Allowed?

Yes, cancellations are allowed if:

  • The order has not yet been processed or dispatched.
  • Custom-printed or special-order products cannot be cancelled once production begins.

Method & Procedure

  1. Contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for cancellation.
  3. If the order has not been shipped, it will be cancelled and refunded.
  4. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled; they must follow the refund/exchange process.

Terms & Timelines

  • Cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch.
  • Custom-made items follow separate terms due to manufacturing.
